PRIVACY POLICY · 13 OCTOBER 2026
LOOPSHIFT is published by Ahmed Farid. This policy describes the native iPhone and Android apps and this website.
Scores, sector stars, earned cores, unlocked lights, preferences, achievement totals, and a recorded personal-best replay are stored locally. The game has no account and no server synchronization. This information is not sent to the publisher. There are no advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs in the game.
When you tap Share, the game generates an image and a challenge link containing the course seed, game mode, sector, elapsed game ticks, score, and tap timings needed to replay the run. It does not include your name, contact details, device identifier, or precise location. Anyone you send the link to can inspect or replay that run. The operating system and the service you choose to share through process that information under their own policies. The website keeps challenge codes in the URL fragment, which is not included in normal HTTP requests to the host.
Opening the public website or its help pages makes ordinary requests to the hosting service, ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. Those services may process IP addresses, browser/device request information, and security or diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the website under their own policies. The publisher does not embed audience analytics or use those requests for advertising. The native game itself is bundled and runs without downloading gameplay or sending progress.
The website uses browser local storage for progress and a service-worker cache for offline game files. These are functional storage, not advertising cookies. Native apps use their own local website storage. You can erase game progress through Settings → Erase progress on this device. Browser settings can clear the website’s storage and cache; uninstalling a native app removes that installation’s data, subject to your operating system’s backup behavior.
The game does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, photo-library reading, or notification access. Native sharing creates a temporary image for the operating-system share sheet. Saving or sharing that image is initiated by you. Android vibration is used only for optional game feedback. Shared temporary images are overwritten by the next share and removed with app data.
The game is designed for players aged 12 and older as well as adults. It has no public chat, accounts, behavioral ads, paid purchases, or requests for personal information. It does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. If you believe personal information was sent to the publisher, contact us so we can address it.
If you email support, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide. We use it to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send sensitive information. Contact privacy@uniferry.net for privacy requests. For game support, email support@uniferry.net.
Any future introduction of analytics, cloud accounts, purchases, or new data processing will require an updated policy. The date at the top identifies this edition.
